We ordered bose soundlink revolve at doomstyle.in but when we opened the courier it was a fake cheap small speaker, not at all matching the one we ordered.
We immediately tried contacting the customer support but number does not exist. Tried email through "contact us" form but no reply. No address on website to return the product.
Asked courier company to return our cash and send back the product but they refused.
At a loss to understand what to do.
Kindly look into the matter and help.
