Our earlier complain No.684171 & 6824409 have so far not been resolved.you have recorded as resolved. Why ?.
Power supply at our Pump site is frequently interrupted since last three months. We have contacted at local UGVCL Office so many times. But regret to state that they are not in a position to resolve the persisted problems.
Dy Eng., Meghraj has not visited the site & trace the persisting problems. Whenever the Street Light is on at 7.00 p.m., Power supply at our Pump site suddenly off & darkness prevails.
Wiremen are of the opinion that Phase & Neutral are somewhere mixed up.
We therefore request you to resolve the issue immediately.
We are incurring loss due to power supply interruption. Solar Power supply is not considering in Bill. Pl. resolve immediately. Was this information helpful? |
