I am Rohit Gudur from Hyderabad. I purchased a Dell mouse today (12/23/2023) from Dotcom Computers, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. While purchasing I asked the salesman to show a dummy piece or open piece to check the features of the product but he said to buy the product and then check it. So I purchased the product & paid the bill. Verified the features of the Dell mouse once I reached home try to connect the laptop then product was not working later I approached the Shop. They did the battery properly but the mouse light is not working, I requested to shop owner to replace the mouse or refund the amount. But they are asking Rs.200 to test another new mouse for testing. I don't want to comprise the feature for what amount paid for product. Amount paid to shopowner may minor but Saller should satisfied consumer's need. I need justify. Kindly take appropriate action from your end. Refer to attahced invoice copy for your referance.
