[Resolved] Dotzot — Courier didn't come with package

My package from Amazon is in my city from 22nd February, 2017 and has been out for delivery since then.Today is 27th February, 2017 and it still hasnt come.I cannot contact the courier since I dont have the number. Consignment no.[protected] .Please get the courier to deliver the package or I have to complain at consumer court about the delivery.

I[protected] is my AWB no from dotzot and haven't received my order yet it's been more than 10 days and the status since 5 days is out for delivery...Worst experience ever by dotzot in Jammu, Jammu &Kashmir circle and even the courier boy is not picking up the call ... Worst service of dotzot...In Jammu and all over india
