[Resolved] Dotzot — courier not attempted to be delivered and yet shown as attempted.

I booked a shoe through sreeleathers online. The size was mistaken so ordered for a return order. They came and took the shoe and gave it to sreeleathers. While getting the correct size the company again charged for the shoe inspite of paying the full amount itself. I contacted the company and they rectified my giving a mail to dotzot. The 1st attempted delivery by dotzot was on 26th december in which the delivery person was asking for the cod amount as shown in their system as it was the mistake from sreeleathers. Later i instructed the delievry guy to mark the parcel again saying as undelivered and attempt a delivery very next day. Meanwhile i coordinated with the company and rectified the mistake of cod. The next day i. E. On 27th december 2019 the dotzot courier executive didnot attempt the delivery but put it in there system that they attempted as i was present in the place of delivery from morning 8 o clock but no one came. Now the parcel has been sent back to kolkata. What kind of service is this where you take action without even calling the person to whom the parcel pertains. Secondly how can they show the parcel as attempted delivery when no executive came the second day. Thirdly there is no such contact number or response team anywhere online to be referred to in this case. No support is received from dotzot or dtdc in ant way. Tracking id - i[protected].
