[Resolved]  Dotzot — flipkart redmi note 5 pro

Address: Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834001

From flipkart through friends on big billion days ordered redmi note 5 pro-12999, and the delivery date was 16th october, and on 15th got message from dotzot (Ref :[protected] customer requested delivery on some other date, i made a complaint to flipkart and dotzot customer care, your courier boy doesn't call me, again on 18th message on dotozot tracking site customer requested delivery on some other date, now same thing repeated on 19th, if product is returned back loss to me 2000 rs profit to seller 2000 rs. I wanted to know from flipkart and dotzot,
I wanted to know what was the conversation i had with courier boy?
1) did i request for delivery on another date?
2) courier boy or wish master doesn't contact me and updated false message?
3) did courier boy ask me 1000 rs saying, in redmi note 5 pro you got discount of 2000 rs, so pay 1000 rs?

Bluetooth earphone is not working
I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.
I ordered nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart on 30/10/2018 and delivery date was 2/11/2018 but on the date of delivery i have not got the parcel and courier boy of dotzot given wrong detail to dotzot that customer refused to take parcel and phone not picked what the hell is this i have already paid 16000rs for the phone why should i refuse to take parcel my awb number is[protected] and the courier boy name is vishal kumar his mobile number is [protected] please take strict action against dotzot and courier boy who lie for there benefits.
