[Resolved] Dotzot — iphonex returning

Today morning i received my delivery containing iphonex refurbished. When i open it switched on the software is too slow and its get stuck., the battery is draining fastly without any use, some of the apps of the system is not working as well.. I tried to contact with the agents but they are refusing my call.. So i kindly request to the take back the delivery and gibe me the cash back..
