I received a message in the morning of 17th september 2019 informing me that my parcel will be delivered during the course of 17th september 2019. However, the parcel did not get delivered and i received a message saying that there was an attempt to deliver the parcel but there was no response from my side. Next day i. E. Today 18th september 2019 again i received a message but there has been no response from the delivery agent. Further, i have received multiple phone calls from your agency for this purpose stating that there was an attempt to deliver but i wasn't available. All of these is incorrect and total inappropriate and irresponsible behaviour.
