My item id i[protected] was out for delivery as per track on 27 jul upto 1830hrs. At 1850hrs i again track my item and i found that item will be delivered on 1 aug on customer request. I was shocked. I couldn't understood why this is happening. I try to call dot dot jammu but no response from morning to till evening. This type of service providers are loosing the trust of dotzot courier. It is very serious concerns. Plz look up the matter and take action on defaulters.
