[Resolved] Dotzot — very poor service

My order tracking number is[protected], which they booked on 11th of November when I checked it on 27 of November it was showing that I had booked it on 21of November and till 24 they did not update any information on the same...and I have no clue where the hell is my order...very disapointing😠

I have order two lahnga and the product quality is so bad I want to send it back and refund my money please help me.
I order a saree before this one and Saree quality is fare enough but this time this is unbelievable product quality is worse that's why i want to send it back.
