Double Charges After Revised Lr — Machines transportation from Greater Noida to Malegaon LR No.[protected]

We have booked one Machine (Flex Printing machines) from Greater Noida to Malegaon Maharashtra.
We received the LR dt. from VRL booking office for Rs. 13, 370/- weight is 1000kg

After sometimes we received another EDITED LR for Rs. 24, 900/- weight is 2400kg which manually mentioned and over written.

VRL LR issuer did not asked for any approval neither from Consignee nor Consigner.

Kindly check the matter why its manually over writing done. while online receipt weight is correct as per Ist LR i.t 1000kg ..
