My paytm wallet was deducted rs 2000 and payment was made to getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: dec 4, 2017, 11:43 pm. Also the vendor/app getwoo isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm, so i want to understand how a deduction can happen.
Since in my google app and paytm, nowhere have i given getwoo owned by doubleyou technologies to deduct money, it is unacceptable for such a thing to happen. Please help refund the same and cancel any subscriptions.
