Tele caller called up to me and asked about service ? i Said it is OK
Then they offer some of the channel like Cricket Dhamal and English Channel
which is trail pack which does not charge unless next month carry forward.
While my monthly pack ends on 28th of every month but massage flash on my TV screen that balance is low and recharge immediately on dated 19th of month.
Here question is this call center called up and assure it that none of charge will be impose on you nevertheless balance is deducted and when we approached to customer care, they simply say that deducted amount can not be refund.
1st I did not send any request for change of any pack
2nd they assure that none of charge will be impose
3rd this is 2nd time happend to me
4rth Tata sky of Tata phone billing systems are very poor
