I feel like cheated by this builder, we purchased a unit h101 at casa romana in the year 2013 through lic finance and while i paid close to 30lacs, builder has stopped giving any update on the project. They don't bother to respond to mail or call. I feel like we have no option. What should i do should i file a police complaint? Or should i report to rera. Please help me.
