Yesterday, April 26, 2024, we went for a general check-up at Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in Porur, Chennai. We received an appointment for Mrs. Saraswathy from the hospital itself, as we were unaware of any doctors there. The other person then performed all of the tests and consultations, which we learned later as we were leaving the hospital.
The other person who performed the consultation is not completely satisfied with us because the staff members at that hospital are gathering in her consulting room and making fun, laughing, and shouting, which is completely unprofessional. We were completely worried about consulting with that person after observing the circumstance.
For my clarification I inquired with some of their staff members about whether she is a doctor or someone else. They informed she was only a doctor, and you should wait in front of room 12. They will call you.
My request to the hospital is kindly provide the right name of the doctor who will perform the check-up in the hospital, and please behave professionally, as everyone is only visiting the hospital for a certain condition; please respect and behave properly.
Yesterday, we had a consultation for myself, my father, and my son. We felt unsatisfied with their consultation and requested that they reimburse our expenses in that please. Was this information helpful? |
