[Resolved]  Dr B R Ambedkar University, Agra — Not issuing marksheet and provisional diploma certificates

I, Dr Shobhit Gupta, have passed DCH exam from S N Medical college Agra in June 2014. S N Medical college is affiliated to Dr B R Ambedkar University, Agra. The result of DCH exam was declared on 5th July 2014 on the internet but the marksheet and the provisional diploma cerificate have not been issued till date to the students by the university. Without any documentary evidence of passing the exam I am not able to appear for any job interview or appear for any exams for further studies or do private practice as the state medical council is not registering us without any documentary evidence. This negligience by the universty has left many students jobless for more than a month now. Kindly help in resolving this issue so that precious time and carrers of many dotors are not ruined just because of the careless attitude of "BABUS" of the university who are not willing to work in any condition.
