I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the inordinate delay in the issuance of essential documents by Dr. B R Ambedkar University, Agra, which I have applied online. I completed my BCA Program from Dr. B R Ambedkar University, Agra, in 2012.
As a responsible student, I promptly applied for my transcript, computerized marksheet, and duplicate migration certification through the university's online application portal on 02/07/2019 and 12/05/2023. However, despite complying with all the necessary procedures and paying the required fees, I have yet to receive these critical documents.

As I am planning to pursue further education in UK Country, Unfortunately, due to the university's inefficiency in processing online applications, I am facing significant challenges in achieving my educational goals. I have made several attempts to contact the university's authorities through email and phone calls, but the responses have been minimal and unhelpful. This lack of communication and accountability from the university has further exacerbated the situation, leaving me with no recourse to track the status of my application. I believe that online applications are intended to streamline processes and improve efficiency. However, in this case, the university's online application system seems to be failing to serve its purpose.
