I took the annual subscription of hairfall medicines from Dr. Batra and after 2 months o[censored]sage, I found increased hairfall rather than the reduced hairfall they promised. I asked for cancellation and refund of the remaining 10 months money because I didn't want to continue and risk my hairfall to be severe. I have complete 7 therapy in Batra Ahmedabad ashram road hospital but not getting any result,
really very bad experience, you are making fool people,
really you are making money rob from people,
if you don't have capability shut down your branch don't make unethically money,

i want my all money refund....

I've been receiving numerous calls a day from Dr.Batra's even though I never subscribed to any of their services. The calls are so frequent that my daily routine is being disrupted. This is so disturbing to keep getting unwanted calls. If this comtinues, I'll have no way left but report against them....

To say in one line - I feel cheated. This seems to be pure business and no one is responsible. I & My family have been associated with Dr.Batra's for 12+years now. However, this complaint is for the recently enrolled BFIT program. TERRIBLE is the only word that best describes the experience.
