Dr Batra's — Fake Dr. fake call

Hi I enquired online for the treatment of alopecia areata barbae, over the phone i told them everything they transfer my call to Dr . then i told her everything that i have done all the R&D about alopecia areata barbae and even taking treatment form " Safdurjun Hospital "where they used to give injection on my face, she said ok you come to our clinic where you have to pay only consulting fee in which there will not be including medicine, that was ok for me i thought at least they will write some medicine and i will buy from there, so they took 250 rs, then i went to a lady DR. I ask about my problem so she told me you need to pay Rs16538 then we will start your treatment, i asked for consultations for the payment so they say sorry it is not refundable that means the 250 rs we pay just to meet that beauty, i asked them why you did't tell me about your packages before filling form so they mention it's companies policies even after long conversation i took my money back .
