Dr Batra's — No improvement

I would like to register my complaint regarding the treatment that me and my mom are taking at dr. Batras. I even talked about this to my doc. But she told me that the money cannot be refunded and there is just a misconception about our treatment.
Me and my mom are taking the medicines from sector 18 batras and i would like to have my money back. The money charged from us was 22000 approx. So i would like to discontinue the treatment with the amount possible to be refunded.

Its been 6 days and my complaint is still not resolved. Is this how dr. Batra look forward to complaints
