[Resolved]  Dr Batra's — Not Refunding my money

I took Dr. Batra's 1 year hair treatment program, and after following all the instructions and taking all the medicines and applying all the serums and oils and shampoo's, even after 3 months my hair fall became worse and my hair density reduced drastically. But everytime I would complain to the doctor about the hair fall getting worse, all she would say is "Don't worry, it will get better", she kept saying this for 3 months straight. I even bought the hairfall control kit twice, on top of the treatment, as it was highly recommended by the staff and the doctor. So clearly the treatment wasn't working for me, and I thought maybe I should get a refund, for the remaining 9 months I already paid for, but to my surprise they denied my request, saying it's non-refundable. No one told me at the time of payment, that is wasn't refundable, there wasn't even any mention of it in the terms and agreement. This is unfair trade practice and really unethical fraudulent behaviour. I know for a fact that this isn't even legal, since there have been cases like that before and the judge has always ruled i favor for the customer. Give my money back for the remaining 9 months, which is 11250 Rs.
