Dear Concerned,
I visited Dr. batra clinic in Tolichowki Hyderabad on 20th September 2021 and have paid 15000 rupees for the package price for 1 year. I was initially not interested to take but Dr. insisted me by referring to the offer. I was promised by doctor by making false promises that medication is very effective in controlling blood sugar. After taking first time of prescribed pills I started loose motions. I went to shifa hospital for treatment. They advised me to stop taking medication prescribed by Dr. Batra clinic. When I visited to Dr. Batra clinic second time and complained about it. Dr. Started misbehaving with me and refused to refund. I requested several times but again he kept refusing so I came back.
Now my husband told me that we will write reviews online against Dr. Batra clinic.
I stopped him saying let's try to write management and request again rather complaining online.
Please refund amount of 15000 rupees as medicines are not suitable for me.
