I have written below mail to Feedback @drbatras.com and also call them but 1 year is going but no refund received till date. Nobody is listening. Kindly help.

I have made advance payment of Rs 15000/- in Nov 2022 for treatment of my Daughter Neha Nagpal at Jaipur Clinic.

We have visited only one time in Nov 22 an taken medicine for 15 days only.

Due to her marriage, she was not able to attend more to clinic for continue treatment.

Hope you have understood our problem .

You are requested to kindly refund the balance amount after deduction of charges of one visit .

I am following up since 1 year but no reply received .

Kindly help and clear the issue.

The treatment was started at Dr Batras Clinic, MI Road, Jaipur
