I took a (24000) annual subscription for hair fall patches ( Alopecia areata). After a day I decided to discontinue my treatment from the clinic. After two days I called Dr Batra’s customer care and I informed everything that I want to discontinue my treatment and I told them please deduct one month medication and consultation fee and rest refund me.but till the date I didn’t get my refund money and any call from Dr Batra’s. Please refund my money back.
