Hi DR Batra Team,

Today we went to Aundh Pune branch for first time consultation for hair fall problem. We did not have so much of information of clinic except its Name.
We just wanted to have the consultation before reaching to any decision. But as time went in clinic during consultation with doctor, they provided medicall assistance for 1 or 2 year.
It was a very quick decision taken by us to go for 1 year solution by paying 16000 rs.

Now i realize that its a big amount for us. I know, its our mistake and we should have thought before paying this amount.
Now i read so many review and all review are bad and it has not helped anyone. I also checked with my friends and they asked to get refund of same.

We have only visited once and paid the amount. So thay can deduct the one day charge and medicine charge, whatever applicable. I need my money back. Please help me.

Yes, i undertstand your point and your history towrads the treatment. Somehow, i am not willing to go ahead with it due to some reason. The amonut is huge for me and need your support to get it back after deducting all necessary charges. We have only visited once and took one month medicine.

can you please help me.
