I started psoriasis treatment in September 2015, later by December it increased on my entire body so I decided to quit the treatment. And I informed by the end of December 2015, in January 2016 I went to nearest clinic and wrote an application as Doctor asked. Before I started treatment I confirmed about the refund if I quit this treatment, and they informed that we will deduct amount for the months i took the treatment and remaining we will refund, but after many discussion and debate over the phone, I got a response saying that it is rejected... I paid for a year around ₹20000. Took the treatment for 3 to 4 month but they said no refund. Can u please let me know why I can not get any refund i[censored] have any valid answer. This is the way i am cheated. If I ever wish to come to Batra's again I will never come. Also I will not recommend anyone.

Its been 5 days and no reply from Dr. Batras team. How many complaint you have that its taking so much time to investigate on this or send me just a message on my mobile or email me about the progression. Not even a miscall from your team. Please; at least text me or email me soon. And stop sending messages for hair transplantation, I have no hopes on u guys. Thanks for nothing

Its been 10 days no reply. Wow! You guys are as slow as your treatment which never works. I hope you will resolve my complaint not like you treatment. And yeah soon i will share this on facebook and tweeter if no reply from your so called Dr Batras team. Again thanks for nothing.
