Dr Batra's — Wrong Diagnosis and arrogant behavior of doctor

Hello, I am patient of Dr. Batra's from 2 months at viman nagar, Pune. The doctors have given diagnosis that I am having dandruff problem only with my hairs. The treatment was started according to that.But yesterday on 16th March I came to my hometown then my mother recognized that I am actually having "LICE" in my hair. I complained about the diagnosis to the respective doctor ; as well as my mother talked to them. But they have given the reply to my mother " You should teach your daughter how to clean your hair", which was very arrogant. Also they committed the statement we check only scalp of hair and for LICE it should be checked properly. So, I am asking what is use of your imported machines which are not giving the diagnosis? And for what you are taking money from us? Also the arrogant answer to my mother was very much disappointing. This type of behavior with patient is rude. Also it is showing the quality of the doctor.
