I am sad to say your services stink and are utterly unprofessional. My name is Ramkrishna Sinha Roy and my Lab ID No is[protected]. my e mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com
My report was due yesterday. the 25thy of June 2021. Till now ( 26th June 2021 afternoon) all I can see on your website is an Interim Report of 12 pages with the Urine ACR Test report missing. So for the last 20 hours your system is showing " Interim Report" status and there is no "Final Report".
Your Help desk personnel are notoriously unprofessional, mechanical, verging on "Indian incompetence". They have not provided any help whatsoever
Can you kindly let me know when I will get the "Final" and 'Complete" report???? Or is it too much to ask from your Lab??
