Doctor's prescription was shared with them, still they did the wrong test, The test mentioned in the prescription was KFT and they did LFT. I registered complaint on 19.06.23 after that I kept calling them and they kept telling me to wait for another one hour . Finally On 21.06.23, I got a call from their customer care executive stating that it was all my fault and that I told them to lft, However when I booked the test, I told the person on call to have a look at the prescription as I could not understand the Doctor's handwriting, to which he himself said that it is LFT.
