On 20.04.2021 I had to do some pathological test of mine & of my wife.
Lab has generated Lab ID[protected]. I had paid the entire amount 5350/- visa Paytm link provided me on my phone no. [protected].
But on the very next moment I was told by your representative that this lab id is wrongly generated, your refund will be received within a week on the original mode of payment.
Later on vide Lab Id[protected] rahul Bhushan) for self &[protected]Lalitesh Sing) of my wife. I again made payments of these tow Lab Id and get my report later on.
But still I had not received the made payment of Rs 5350 against the wrongly generated Lab Id.
Lab representative told me that they had made the mail and payment will be credited in a week.
later on[protected], I, called the helpline no. and report my conscience, they have degenerated case id[protected], and said that by tomorrow there will be a return confirmation call on my registered mobile [protected]. But I did not received the same.
I again made the call on 08.05.2021, it was ensured by representative that in 04 hours there will be a return call.
But sorry there is no call.
I agin made acall today i.e.[protected] around 01:45 PM), it was said by representative Mr Rajat, there will be return confirmation call on the matter by 30 minutes. But again no response.
Further I made a call again around 03:45 PM, and this time representative Mr Rajat said, by 04 hour there will be call, so i asked for the mail id.
Now this is simply harassment of a customer, whose there is no fault.
I had alreday mailed the matter along with all proof on 10.05.21 to Customer.[protected]@lalpathlabs.com, but there is no response on the issue.
