Sir I have done blood test vide lab no[protected] on 3.9.2021. Home collection was made by Mithun Sarkar. But sorry to say that blood group report was not given to me. He told me that wrongly it was not done. He told me to come today and pick up sample and the report will be delivered in the evening. An operation is going to be conducted very soon . Today I call him several times to collect the sample but he did not receive the call. I seek redressal from you to initiate the case as early as possible to sort out the problem .
