My experience with your organisation in Chittaranjan, West bengal is pathetic. The staff name Basudev Dutta is very rude and dirty and he is literally uneducated and only want money. My wife and I facing an issues like Wrong Test Report, Misbehaving nature, mobile number incorrect even wrong age entered on report . This is all when we are dictating each and every thing. My wife's treatment is depend on this report as she is suffering with molar pregnancy and every 10th day she need to check her Beta HCG Level. Secondly, I am from Indian Railway posted in CLW. We have a tie up with your organisation. But still he deny for corporate even every time he charges Rs. 50/- extra money for coming less than 400 meter by telling petrol expense. Which is very mean. All these matter is like playing with patient life which is unacceptable. I have also some more patients family, there complains are same aswell..
