Hello, i want to raise a dispute, the website at first said the whole life time subscription, so i clicked on the offer from facebook, which directed me to the website, and started to signup, it asked me to fill the personal details (name, qualification etc...) and the debit card details, at that time the actual amount i was going to get charged is nowhere shown and i thought just like anyother weebsite they would show the price in the checkout page, but after i put my details and pressed next buton it directly without any invoice or anything redirected me to loginpage and in my mobile, a message from bank said i have been charged 199$, immediately i contacted them and askedfor the refund, they said i have to clear some milestones to get the refund which i have completed and mailed them once more, the replied me they would refund full 199$ and give me free subscription but said i have to wait for 30 days, later i mailed them back and they said me that they would refund the full amount in 48 - 72 hrs, this is the 2nd day but they are not replying my mails so i thought it would be better to raise a dispute and i contacted through this mail, please help me what should i do now??
