I had booked air tickets with pnr no. Dddm4r & dhprkn for nagpur to pune and return from mobile no. [protected] but due to accident, i was unable to travel & cancelled the tickets with airlines with medical reports. They had already refunded the full payment on medical ground to goibibo, but till date i hadn't received any refund. Please do the needful on priority. Was this information helpful? | 
a piece of each document which produces in the complaint:
- passenger full name
- date and place of purchace
- PNR in full, not number only,
or
- e-ticket, which shows all flights
- the agent''s ful name / address.
So, such anonymous complaint has no grounds and has no reasons.
If you wnat the compensation - you need to submit the complaint (along with above attachemnt of e-ticket ) to air carrier at air carrier site.
In 15 days, if no compensation and no refund, received, you need to hire a legal professional for starting a civil case . Such type of cases can cost you from !~6000 rupees (max 20000 rupees in complecated cases)
till the final judgement.
The court shall award proved losses, moral loss, paid government fees by the judgement.
