Drainage Problem — drainage blocked due to drainage canal closed by household person

Sir... Near boggiladibba one person closed the municipality drainage canal by cement and iron material... Due to this entire canal blocked by waste water... And so much bad smell and insects are coming.. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
And the entire road smells very bad. As the present situation is very bad as the viruses and bacteria spread very fastly. We already requested that house owner for removing the iron plate in the drainage canal. But they are not listening our words. Kindly accept our complaint and take an immediate action as early as possible.
