Drainage Problem — Drainage overflow

Dear sir,
I am resident of H.NO-18-146, Rodamestry nagar-B, Near, Hanuman temple, Gajularamam, Jeedimetla IDA.

I would like to inform in my area we are frequently facing drainage overflow problems. GHMC workers are not even ready provide their mobile numbers so that we can contact them in emergency conditions.
Can you please inform these to higher authorities.

Today our house is filled with drainage water because of blockages.
