Drainage Problem — Im complaining about my drainage problem

I am writing this letter to inform you about the condition of the drainage system in our society.This is to inform you that drainage water gets clogged and stands at the entry of front of my house.It feels very bad and serves as risk factor for us mosquitoes breed in standing which may lead to the spread of dengue.
Many school children's, College students and adults are there.May be those peoples health was will may effect for future of this crucial problem.
Therefore, it is requested, kindly look into the matter and take some appropriate action for improving the drainage system.I shall be highly served.
