DRDO — Canteen card status unknown

I am working under PB3 in DRDO and applied for an Canteen card last year from MILIT pune which got rejected for the reason of not mentioning the retirement date on the same. I reapplied for the same from IRDE, Dehradun in month of January, 2015 but the status of the card is still unknown. Please tell me where should I contact. My contact No. is [protected]

In olx he has told me that for delivery chargers he told me to send 5k rs to his account and he has send me the indian transportation parcel department receipt so i have transfer the money but after give money he told that bike will come at 7 clock but till the bike has not arrives because Indian army name i had belived him
