Dream 11 Fantasy Cricket — Account verification

I have uploaded my bank details on 29/5/16 and today it is 4/6/16.. Still there is no update on my bank account verification system.. It is written it takes 5 days only but it has already take 7 days till now..??? It is really been frustating for me as no reply from them is there...In the option of contact us.. I have sent messages but no replies are there.. Their is even no helpline number and it is thus being frustrating..
