Dream 11 — I can't get my withdrawal money

Hi sir, I have a account on dream 11 where I win 1000 rs. Before it I win 700 & when I withdrawal it, the credit transfer to my account. But now I withdrawal 1060 rs which is not credit into my account. It show me your withdrawal fail. What can I do?
