Dream11 Fantasy — Cash bonus not credited after I added cash

I got 2 promotional message to add cash and earn some cash bonus but i have not received both bonus.

Promotional offer: 30Apr, added cash same day as per offer.

Please help me to get my bonus. Let me know if you need any other details.
