[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — Dream 11 collection of pan details policy

I have tried to withdraw money from my account and i was asked to submit my pan details. I have submitted my pan details along with a pan card image. To my surprise it was saying that already an account is existing with my pan. I just want to know what is the process of obtaining pan details that you have been following. I want you to catch the person who wrongly utilised my pan and submit his details so that i will take legal action on him.

Updated by Anil Bandi I have mailed dream 11 team 2 days back and no reply from them. Even the "contact us" page of Dream 11 website is not working.
