Dream11 Fantasy — Unable to change PAN Card and withdraw winnings

Dream 11 has failed to provide me a solutions since 5 days, I uploaded my old PAN Card with my before marriage name and now they are not providing a solution, I have given all proofs, 1. Name change Gazette, government document, 2. PAN Card change form with acknowledgment no., 3. Screenshot of PAN Card changes under process, 4. ADHAR CARD, ye they are un cooperative and not giving me a solution, now they are saying they’ve requested documents on the wrong email I’d, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, they’ve confused it for [protected]@gmail.com, they have made a mistake of email, by adding J instead of I clearly, I feel honestly they are just wasting my time, please help me out as my winnings worth 90, 000 are blocked in the account, my PAN CARD NO. won’t change only my name and they are not getting it .
