Dream11 — Fraud online website deduct my money by blaming on me

Sir, now a days dream11 making lots of fraud things with customer. Today dream11 company debit my rs 200 which i won on the leag. While talking with dream11 customer service they said me that you have done a fraud things. They said that you have make your own account with your own reffering link, but it is totally wrong sir. Actually i have send my referring link to my friend and he used my laptop to making his acount. Sir kindly request you to plaease raise a complain for this. Dream 11 blaming to a customer. He have no any proff and this type of word is not mention on his term and condition. Please help me i also want to file rti on dream11. Please give me a suggestion
