Drivekool / Drivology Solutions — Demanding additional 1000 to handover DL

Address: Spice graden layout, near Marathalli bridge, Bangalore

Earlier We paid 7500/- to Drivekool to get the DL for my son. Finally, when we got the text message to come and collect the DL and went to collect, receptionist demanded additional 1000/- for getting the driving slot on urgent basis next day.
When we asked to show us the receipt manager started behaving rudly and demanded me to show the receipt of payment first then only to give the DL.
After showing record of Paytm payment. He started asking Drivekool receipt of bill, which I need to search.
Now my son's I'd is held by them, demanding Drivekool receipt. Later he said he did not receive the DL itself.
Need your help to collect my son's I'd.
