Booked driver service via DriveU app on 30th Jan, 2021 for 2 hrs round trip. Was allotted a driver by name Prakash Nenakki (Mobile no.: [protected]). On reaching pickup point, he asked drop location. When we told it was to the airport, he said we should have informed him earlier. He then made us cancel the trip with DriveU and drove us personally as we were in a hurry. After trip completion, he overcharged an amount of Rs. 400. Normal fare for 2 hrs is Rs. 206 only. After contacting DriveU customer support, he refunded Rs. 100. When asked for remaining amount, he says it is negligible amount and will pay shortly. But, he has NOT paid till date. Would like to get full refund.
