Driver-N-Maids — bike hit by indica car

Hello,
I was returning home on bike from office on 04-july-2019. When i was taking u turn near omr sholinganallur signal i was hit by indica car from behind registration number tn 22 dd 0537. The driver of the car was so rudely behaved and left the place even many tried to stop him. He even threating me when i said i will report the incident. Kindly take necessary action against the driver and do the needful. Also attached the photo of the car. Thanks. Siva
