Driving License — delay of printing of in form 7 (smart card)

I have been waiting for my driver's licence whose application no is[protected] and as per my dl status my driver's licence no is up38 [protected] but my driver's licence have not been printed in form 7 (Smart card) since april 6 as april 6, 19 was my slot booking date.

Please do take action and print the dl in form 7 and dispatch it with immediate effect.
