Drivingwale.com — Application cancelled immediately but refund not processed

I had applied for learning license and then I cancelled it immediately due to lack of documents.I sent refund request via email and call on next day but I never got the refund. After that I tried many calls and follow up emails but nobody replied to them. Amount was 2000rs
