I am sonali nayak, was applying for the learning licence and did the transaction of amount rs 1768 but the amount got debited but website showed some error occured in transaction and did not complete.
I tried to contact numbers provided but they are unreachable. They responded in whatsapp saying their team will get back. It's been 2 days since this issue and no amount has been refunded or no one from their team has tried to reach out. I have checked in their forum and multiple people have complained regarding this.
